create_report

Create or update a polished report from Markdown. Returns a stable private URL protected by the owner's passkey. If the requested slug already exists, the server chooses a numbered variant and returns `slug_was_adjusted`, `requested_slug`, and a notice. Use update_report to change an existing report. `slug` may be omitted and will then be derived from the title. For Telegram content, a ```telegram-poll JSON fence renders answer bars and percentages, while a ```telegram-media JSON fence renders a thumbnail or cover, metadata, waveform, and message link. Temporary image URLs from Telegram or Utilities are fetched and embedded at publication time.
