android_dismiss_keyboard

Closes the on-screen soft keyboard if one is open. No-op (and never navigates back) when no keyboard is visible — unlike `android_press_back`, which would navigate back if no keyboard were shown. Useful after typing to reveal buttons or fields the keyboard may be covering.
