Returns the consolidated current screen state: screen dimensions and a compact filtered flat TSV list of UI nodes from **all on-screen windows** (including system dialogs, permission popups, and IME keyboards). Optionally includes an annotated low-resolution screenshot with bounding boxes and node ID labels.
