download_media_batch

Create one-time streaming links for several messages or an album. Pass explicit `message_ids`, or pass any `album_message_id` and the server resolves every item sharing its grouped_id. Up to 50 links are issued. Individual failures do not discard links created for other items. After a download, call get_media_download_status with its download_id for SHA-256.
