Pause the current agent turn, then return control to the same conversation. A single MCP call waits at most 230 seconds to stay below common client timeouts. For longer waits, when `continue_sleeping` is true, immediately call this tool again using `next_call.seconds`. The repeated calls let an agent remain inside one turn for longer periods on clients such as Claude.ai.
